Esther is one of my most talented and creative friends. She started off as a wedding photographer, but very much so like me, cut back on her wedding work because y’all weddings wear your joints out after a while. These knees just weren’t made for shooting and dancing the night away at a 8+ hour wedding. LOL

One morning she called me buzzing with excitement: “IRINA YOU NEED TO GET HERE ASAP. I DID IT. I MADE THAT DRESS!”
OBVIOUSLY I knew she was talking about this all natural real flower dress she was contemplating. I dropped literally everything, grabbed my daughter as my second shooter (Gotta get those BTS videos lol) and I drove into the gorge to snap these images.
YOU GUYS – they were so beautiful and magical in person, I could have cried. REAL TEMPORARY ART.
IMAGINE. Art that only I got to enjoy and admire in person. Just me and Esther and our daughters. What a gift this was for me and my old tired soul.
