When I first picked up a camera, I wanted to shoot everything in sight. Billions of pictures of flowers later, I finally felt confident enough to jump into portraiture photography. My love affair with portraits started when I realized how powerful it is for a woman to see herself in beautifully captured images; to be allowed to feel free and beautiful, to be pampered and appreciated. You see, in a world filled with negative, destructive messages that make women feel like lesser versions of themselves, I wanted to be someone fighting on the good side. I wanted to capture what makes women so fascinating, totally unique and other-worldly; capture that light that shines within. So my portraiture work is TRULY a labor of love. And for a self proclaimed girl’s girl – that’s as good as it gets!
