Ashley turned 30 RIGHT on the day of our shoot!

Which made the whole thing even more special – top that with sharing memories of our time spent in high school, laughing about the joys of new motherhood and how important it is to be a girl’s girl; caring for your family, overcoming the many obstacles of life, the awkwardness of having your picture taken, so on and so forth.

And then guess what? The shoot was a wrap. You see, that’s pretty much how it goes with us, women. We pour our hearts out, we share and confess, we open up and let other see us – REALLY see us. Once that happens, it’s all a breeze.

I always felt like taking a good shot of a woman starts before I ever grab my camera.

Every woman can look beautiful in a photograph – it all depends on what she’ll let you see.
