We photographed this beautiful senior session late in the year, super close to the yearbook deadline in October, but you wouldn’t know it by the beautiful sunshine and warmth! We shot near the Fort here in Vancouver, beneath the shade of a fig tree, then played in the tall grass and blue water of Frenchman’s Bar!
We shot for just an hour but we captured a TON of beautiful shots with just a few outfit changes! Pre shoot, we chatted about what the vibe we were going for was, how each outfit would be complimented by each location and TA DA, magic! It really is that simple!
I’ve really fallen in love with senior photography, this generation in particular is so friggin cool and empowered and free thinking and it’s just a breath of fresh air to be around them. And because I’m raising a preteen myself, I feel like I’m seeing a preview of what’s to come. Which is cool as hell.
